I thought I was going to be under 6ft. Alas, I have slowed down to a 12min mile pace. Lets see, in 1972 I was running 5min mile. In 1985 I was down to 5:38. In 1995 a 7:30. In 2005 around a 8:30 and in the last 6 years I have lost 4 min. I must be getting old. I'm also carring a usless 37lb. back pack that has somehow fallen around my waist. Now it's s Christms with visions of sugar plums dancing in my head.
